Hey Shawn, I thought this was over and done with. What are you saying for me to take care of my animals!!! Well I do and if the emmy and the guyana was in as bad of shape like you said. Why the heck did you take them? We met up and you personally inspected them, and you know as well I do. The truth is that they were fine and healthy!!! A couple of interesting tidbits for you folks.
First off writing fake chq's on purpose is called Fraud & is an offence under the criminal code of Canada. If someone wanted to they could press charges & succeed with the evidence presented here.
2ndly I just collected on 2 "bounced" chqs recently. I had the bank put Liens on buddys account & when the cash showed up, instant deposit to my account. The bank doesn't mind doing it because they collect $30 per chq too boot (they take it out of the chq & you recv. the balance). You can do this for upto 6 months from when the chq is written. They have to be resubmitted every couple of weeks, but the bank just monitors the account for funds & once they appear they take them.
3rdly there is smalll claims court, but it is hardly worth the hassle, but is always an option.

Kahane when i seen you in front of grants store the day before the show i explaned the guyana to you and i wanted to return him i had him right there in my car in front of yours and you would not accept him back so that says alot right there you know alot more about that snake and turned it down explane please?

You know you got the better deal out of me 400.00 for the emmy 350 for the guyana and suposed 1650.00 for the albino when you got 1545.00 out of her after the emmy 1145.00 cash whats the problem here kahane.
