That sucks, Jeff! Hope your truck looks (and runs!) good as new when it's fixed up - that's a sweet ride! Being rearended sucks big time - my mom got nailed thursday, and let me tell ya, she's not the quietest person to chauffeur around. I really thought I WAS slowing down for the corners...

Definitely get checked out for whiplash. Even if the doc just says to take advil, it'll be on record that you went in case the matter ever comes up.

Hopefully the guy that nailed you is going to be charged with careless - your insurance company will like that for sure...

Jeff F....yeah its manditory in Ontario as well! Same results except that it is a $5000 fine first time caught without insurance and i believe second time is jail time.
