Well, no, they seem to go for any body part that is moving. The hand holding them does not move much, so next best thing may be the holder's head. I will say this, however, I have been biten on the hands several times, but never the face, or head. Maybe they don't like bald people
Peace,
Ray

Thanks Jeff, Matt, the Indian Cobra was not dry, I just was not willing to stop the photographer just because of a silly cobra bite I have pretty high antibodies to that type of venom.

Snowsnake, I do still sell snake venoms to a few universities, but not to medical labs like Bill Haast does. Also not to the extent that I used to.
Be Blessed.
ps- K...Guy3, I have no personal problem with Steve. From the few times I have spoken with him on the phone, he seems like a nice person. He is in show biz, we can't forget that.

Woohoo, you're crazy, cobraman. Hehe
Hey, when I was down in Port Saint Lucie last week, I was able to make it to Dubuis State Preserve, but alas, I found no snakes.
I went road cruising a few nights out of desparation, but only found a few DOA's. One was a garter snake, and the other a borwn snake, and the 3rd was too far gone to tell.
I did see an alligator off the side of a road out in the middle of nowhere one night. That was pretty cool.
