Yeah I wasn't sure on the wc part but I bought her from someone with a good reputation for importing so I was slightly more confident. Just want to get her fecal done to be sure but she looks great otherwise. A few nicks but that's expected.
I have one person that can get me lizards and a possible second person they just have to get back to me. A little expensive but it's better than ordering 50 lizards and having to take care of them all.
Did you see this one?

Re: On her way!
I am not certain that wagging another snake in front of Mink is a good idea...
That aside, what does the feeding pattern on these guys go as? I immediately guess try to get the belly to bulge a certain amount, but being fed reptiles is supposed to be healthier than mammals because of fat, no? (tl;dr; Please educate a bit more =) )

Re: On her way!
That is the coolest thing ever. I love how the edges of the scales are black, but then inside is this gorgeous grey/blue... I'm going to do some extra research on them. Is the temperament relatively good?

Re: On her way!
That one with the red snout I'd give my eye teeth for that

Lol at least it is harder to find!
I'm not sure on the feeding it's going to be a learning experience since there isn't much info on them, I was going to stick to lizards since that's what they eat though they apparently will eat a rodent every once in awhile in the wild. They have teeth that seem to be designed for pulling lizards out of burrows. I've actually thought about switching my beauty snakes to more birds since I've heard they eat a lot of that in the wild but I'd have to look that one up more!
I couldn't even find info on temps and humidity. So I've been looking at weather from where they are found and going off what the importer had her at too. The importer had her at 82 ambient so I have a 75 cool side and 90ish hot spot. They can be found in areas with temps in the high 90s to over 100. But from what I have read they are nocturnal and like to dig. So I'm guessing they spend a lot of the hottest time buried and since night temps tend to be in the 70s I've been going for cooler temps so far. Right now she is hanging out on the cool end but she might be too nervous to move or I didn't catch her moving around last night either one. Humidity seemed to be petty high in a lot of the areas so I've been thinking anywhere from 70-85 for humidity. Importer had her at 60%.

Lol I'm not sure we will ever be finding that one for sale but it would be nice! I found even less info on that one and that is pretty much all the pictures I found.

I'm not sure she seemed alright didn't strike or bite. She is nervous and I'm leaving her alone except for feedings and cleaning until she's more settled. I'm not sure if bothering her even after that will cause a problem or not depends on how she settles.
If you want to buy one it would be a WC since I don't think anyone is breeding them.

Also, looked at the African house snake care since they are from some of the same areas!
