Wow, I am floored by the amazing diversity of your collection! From Cornsnakes, Ratsnakes and Kingsnakes to Rattlesnakes, Gaboon Vipers and Cobras, "amazing" is a severe understatement!

Thank you. I have to keep it so diversified to keep my show interesting. Also a lot of the snakes are rescues.

The Blood and the Carpet Pythons were rescues. I'm glad t say they were adopted out to good homes. That's one of the perks of running a rescue and adoption, is that I get to keep different snakes for a while until they find a better place to live.

Thank you. We try to keep our shows as interesting as possible. We do a lot of the same outdoor event year after year and we have a lot of the same people checking us out. Many comment on the diversity of the snakes and how each year we seem to have many different snakes than from the year before. With such a diversity of snakes, we always seem to have something that catches every ones eye and helps them to appreciate the beauty of these animals.

You can check our event calendar on our website to see where we will be. We do a lot of private events such as Boy Scouts and some birthday parties. book stores, libraries, sport men events, schools, DARE events, Harvest festivals and many other events. We also have private facility shows for individuals who don't want to be in a crowd. We perform also on cable programs from time to time. We however do not perform in NYC.
This time of year we do not perform many shows, (Dec. & Jan.)

Re: My diversified collection (pic heavy)
Awesome collection. I think you have more snakes than alot of reptile zoo's I've been to.
That has got to be a full time job I would think, just maintaining cages, food, water and habitat conditions. Do you mind me asking how much it costs you a month to maintain a collection of that size?

I buy the mice and rat frozen from expos really cheap. I get many donations from friends of extra mice that they breed. I use mostly newspaper for bedding, which is free. Heating is done with 2 electric heater in a snake room. I would estimate I spend around $200 a month for everything. The shows we do pay the expenses of keeping the snakes. I do it because it is my passion and not to make money.
