I'm mildly interested in one of the melanistic ones, any price difference between the males and females? I would want one that gets a bit larger, I would almost be afraid to lose a male.

Ice-T is a male.
The price is about the same.
I have little runt males (including a Melanistic) that are under a foot long and about as thick as a pencil.

some new pics.....
Garter love.. He tried, but she did not let him.
"Sunshine" the yellow garter I found in November with the nasty tail injury..
I like his cream white chin. Compliments the yellow nicely.
And this is the red/orange snake the guy up the road was going to chop up with a shovel, he called me to come remove her... she was so pretty I just decided to keep her. Capturing her true colour is difficult, she has a copper red hue with a dark orangish yellow dorsal stripe.

16 baby garter snakes.
4 of them are Infernalis, 12 are easterns.

Check out the turquoise on this Infernalis, his colours are getting brighter and brighter with age.
