*Update*
Tried feeding him again today but with no luck. Not really worried about it yet, but we shall see if he eats next feeding day  Weighed him too and he is now officially over 100 grams though!

Well, looks like this guy is on his way to shedding! This will be the first shed since we got him.
Took a few pictures to compare with when he sheds out in a couple days.

Great news! First off we decided to name him "Charles", and he also ate yesterday!
Although we have been trying to feed him for over a month now with no response we decided to try live. And within 5 seconds of offering him a live rat pinky he struck instantly and gobbled it down. We are thinking of feeding him live for a bit until he grows enough and then we will try F/T.
