Luckily space isn't an issue for us, and we like to encourage natural behaviour and give them enough space to swim about, one of our male alligators didn't even know how to swim properly when we got him, as he had been kept in too shallow a water for his whole life, it took him a good few months before he was swimming like he should. Now he is in much better shape and currently breeding.

They aren't very common over here, especially the salty, i think we have one of only a handful in the UK. Had to go to a spanish zoo to get him lol.

Thanks, they are great to work with, one of my favorite animals to just observe aswell, well when they are actually doing something and not just basking that is lol
