Omg. How could anyone think thats a viper. I have seen some tricky to id snakes but this is not one of them. If you google rsp it even comes up as the 3rd pic under images.
Can anyone tell me what make this car is??

looks to be a dodge, you can tell because its blue.

I think you are 100% correct! More specifically it's a Dodge VIPER! But it is hard sometimes because the camera will distort the view. .........
