I personally think its from dehydration and stress. Only time will tell though.
Yes, I do have its Viv in a separate room from all my other snakes.

I've heard of candles doing this kind of thing - to a gecko though. A person's gecko was 'off' (I don't remember specifics, but I want to say it was having seizures of some kind), and they later realised that it was the candles they were burning (which a lot of people don't realise have tons of chemicals in them). I don't burn incense or candles in my room anymore now that I have reptiles in there, and I never use spray cleaners. Sadly, pretty much everything we use and have in our houses has awful chemicals.

The head wobble was a swaying side to side motion, a few inches each way. It was only when it was moving and got worse when the head was not supported. Now she moves around and climbs like a normal carpet. I only notice a slight wobble, which is more like a quick head jerk, when I first take her from the Viv. It's definitely improving and I saw her drinking from her water bowl last night. She doesn't have the sucked in look to her as much either. I attribute that to getting her hydration back.

For that reason I don't have candles, air fresheners, carpet powders, etc. Like I said earlier, every type if chemical I have is in a secure cabinet. I keep saltwater fish/corals as well and am very cautious of air born pollutants that could get in the water. I even keep the fish tank chemicals in its own secure cabinet.

I'm not saying that's what it is. I was just pointing out that a lot of things can have dangerous chemicals.

Re: DiamondxIJ Head Wobble?
She seems to be almost back to 100%. I can't tell if her head movements had a slight twitch or if that's just how she is. Either way she is getting better and I'm happy.
