Re: Tail Shots
In your op you referred to your boas as red tails.
Don't get me wrong a nice clean bci Colombian is still an amazing species to keep, but labeling them as "red tails" is just plain ignorant.
Sorry to burst your by bubble, your dreams of owning "clean, high colored commons" are also quite ignorant. You do know that they are still, and will always be one of the most purchased constrictors around.

Exactly, that's what it all boils down to.
Personally I hate albino anything.

Sorry to burst your bubble Darlin' but I already own "clean, high colored, commons"
Here's the thing... I made this thread. It's titled "Tail Shots". I then made reference to the tails of "Redtails" as justification in starting this thread>I then posted pics of my BCI's. You're the one who went high and mighty technicalnerd on me. It's ok, I'm willing to overlook all of it because I understand that you're one of those extreme localefans (not that that's a bad thing). Why don't you stop with the ignorant rebuttals and post some more tailshots. Please be sure to let us know what color they are

I meant in the years to come, they will still be readily available. People like you are slowly destroying this hobby. You keep common boa constrictors, there is nothing wrong with that they're awesome snakes.
As you can see no one cares about tail shots because this thread is just full of you truing to justify your reasons for mislabeling snakes.
"high and mighty technicalnerd"
I simply corrected you.
Truth hurts.

Why would anyone post in this thread now after you stepped up to be the self-appointed name/color patrol? You are clearly an e-bully as well as an uber localefreak. As for me "justifying my reasons for mislabeling snakes" you clearly are not willing to look at any of the evidence I've presented, must be because the truth hurts. God forbid you be wrong in a thread where you accuse someone else of being wrong! You are flailing around making accusations and then backpedaling in the same paragraph for crying out loud ![Laugh](images/smilies/laugh.gif) Telling me I'm slowly destroying the hobby because I keep common boa constrictors and there's nothing wrong with that?????? Sense mofo, do you speak it?

Nothing wrong with keeping commons, they're quite nice, especially yours.
I can sum this whole argument in one sentence.
You call colombian bci's red tails
I say that you're wrong, they're not red tails.
You start being ignorant, so I come back.
Now look at this bcc Guyana

Re: Tail Shots
Thanks I really need to take more pictures of Jade (my Mixed locality GTP) her colour change is complete, it took her 4 days to go from all yellow with green flecks to a full vibrant green.
Poor little thing though we moved houses during her shed cycle and she ended up with a truely AWFUL shed which was very uncharacteristic of her since she has had perfect sheds from day one, she ended up having 2 bad sheds in a row despite our best efforts but she is shed-free and has been moved to rats (finally)
