Most of the literature on that caresheet is standard google fare, with the exception of the poop section lol.

That's the section I have the biggest issue with, lol. That's got "I'm a breeder and feed minimally to keep costs down" written all over it, that bit, lol. I shudder to think anyone takes that to heart. A well-fed Blood poops regularly and it's epic. Only those who don't regularly interact with their Bloods and get them out for exercise on a regular basis will have that problem. Those who get their Bloods up and moving are probably shuddering when they read that

I would take the advice of an experienced keeper any day over a caresheet. Hence the reason for forums and the like
