Check the kitchen cabinets or any cabinets, the dirty clothes and any storage areas. I agree with the idea of putting out heated blanket just ball it up some.

That's really good news! Out of curiosity, WHERE did you find him? How is he? Any signs of a respiratory infection?
Have you fixed what allowed him to get out? You need to make sure it won't happen again.
