It wasn't at the time. I remember the phrases "dangerous behavior" and "in-patient assessment". I was so scared I almost pooped myself. That's when my mom pulled me out of public school. Ha. It's funny now, though.

Re: Blue tongue skink and tegus
Beautiful! I've had my blue tongued skink for 12 years now. The best reptile pet I've ever had, honestly.

Re: Blue tongue skink and tegus
Very nice Pics.. After doing a lot of research and holding 2 blue tongues at the expo yesterday I am getting a set up ready asap and looking for a pretty baby. I am in love with their faces!

Re: Blue tongue skink and tegus
Nice BTS BB! Mine hates me though. She bit me a couple months ago and has tried several times since then. She wiggles and trys to get away the whole time too, but I'm working with her. She likes my mom though.

Re: Blue tongue skink and tegus
Nice herps ya got there, BB.
Leash Logic: These days, I would expect a school to be even more worried about blood born pathogens. Could see that causing issues if one of them set you bleeding.
Well, on the plus side, BB, at least the folks at your HS were concerned enough to look into the situation.

Re: Blue tongue skink and tegus
Exactly, and that's why I use the leash.
And you could look at it that way, but I didn't at the time.

"At the time", I wouldn't have either had it been me.
