Raw peeled is fine, the key is raw.
The shells offer some calcium and a little crunch.

I like that it's a simple site, and I like the way the albums are structured - particularly that they're not Flash makes me happy. I hate waiting around for Flash; it's a tired tool so I'm glad to see you're using straight HTML.
I'm going to have to read the documents under the Insectivores section. I know that mine really relished mice, rats and his favourite thing in the whole world was chicken wieners. Of course this is not representative of his entire diet, but he sure loved his meat, lol. Then again, my Gold Tegu's favourite food was cheese and I'm not getting into how I found *that* out, but I'll be interested to read those documents
One thing I did note is that the 'Superb Sav Site' link in the menu bar is repeated in the 'Valuable Links' section. Personally, I'd save the items in the menu bar just for your own pages. Promote yourself and your pages there - top level kinda deal. It's best to keep external links in their own section so you can toot your own horn in the menu
