Now this is what it is all about. People who care about people who care about animals. Way to go, Infernalis.

Way to go Max and Infernalis! It's always good to see people caring about the fate of their pets. Scarlett is a gorgeous snake and I'm sure Wayne will take great care of her. If I'd had the money I would have taken her.

I'm very happy to see how this worked out. I could only hope that if I had to re-home a snake I could be as lucky as this and know its going to a fantastic home!

I'm excited too. I have a glass shower door that is like 6 feet by 3 feet tempered glass in an aluminum frame so mounting it on the front of a wood cabinet will be easy.

Now I do need to make sure I get my husbandry correct, so any pointers would be so greatly appreciated.

She's going to love that!

She seems to be doing really well in her current conditions.
-75-80 cool side
-max of 90 warm side
-no particular humidity requirements, although her enclosure stays around 50%. I mist daily to bring it up when she's shedding, perfect one piece shed everytime.
-shes on soft coco husk bedding
-shes picky about water, I change it every day, she likes to crap in it
-shes on a 14 +/- day feeding schedule on xxl rats (380-400g)

Im sure shaun will point out any problems with the above conditions if there are any

She is a very arboreal snake, spends at least 50% of her time off the ground maybe more. You can see her favorite perch in the enclosure pic, she loves curling up on top of that large potted plant, offering her a nice wide raised platform with some form of cover would be great! I can get more pics of her favorite spot if you'd like. She likes round climbing branches, when I had square wood ones she didn't use them at all. When I switched to pvc I find her hanging out on branches regularly.
She loves trips outside! Always very behaved wherever she goes, grass seemed to be a new thing to her when she came to me, she seems to love. Give her a small tree to explore and she's in heaven.
As you know, she isn't an aggressive snake at all! But she does get very grumpy in shed and just after a meal, definitely give her her space then.
She's very curious, handling her is always fun, she wants to be on everything at once, she's a very active girl. She seems to make a slight "hissing" sound when she's excited, I've decided there's no hostility behind it, every once in a while I hear her making noise when she's in her enclosure by herself, funny snake Haha. Apparently this is semi common among carpets, I like to think she's special.

Im really excited about this, I couldn't have asked for anything more! Im going to miss my girl, pictures are mandatory

Re: This is going to be hard...

OOH I have an idea, I have apple trees all over my property, these produce very hard wood, smell nice and are very strong. I can cut a nice hunk of log with limbs on it and set it up for climbing.

Sweet idea. I think i might need to give my Crab Apple tree a trim. Could use a few more climb in my carpets cages.
