Not in shed 55-65% is fine, when ours is showing signs we raise the max up to 75% but still let the enclosure "dry" to about 60% before respraying.

Luke shed this morning he had a itty little piece of his tail left which came off,
and other then that he shed in two pieces which is much better than last time

The only thing that can stop you from your goal is yourself. -Myself...
Just make sure he doesn't have any skin left on the tip of his tail as this will result in loss of circulation and potentially a stubby tail. Also, check for retained eye caps.
