They do vary, but yes I think that you are right, more white is desired. Kevin certainly has a lot more white than a typical Amel though. either way, very cool snake

But not really - picked up this bark cylinder and took these pics

He was rattling his tail at me all the time i had hold of it - echoing in the cylinder it sounded real weird!!

Again Corn snakes are awesome, and this one is no exception. Pretty good color on him. In the picture with your vivs in the background - do you have thermostats for each individual viv? I've always pieced together my own enclosures. Did you buy those vivs with the thermostats built in??

Each viv has its own thermostat. I stuck them to the side of the vivs and feed the probe through one of the vents.
With home delivery, the ceramic bulb, thermostat i recall the 3ft vivs being about £200 and the 4ft ones being about £275. Hard to say exactly as each viv was bought as a bundle deal along with a snake, the guy who owns the reptile shop i use his dad is a retired cabinet maker/carpenter who builds vivs as and when requested
