Yep, we think he's narcoleptic...something's not right with the little b-tard. He's a nasty bugger, and he'll freak out and try to tail whip and hiss and charge, and then just....stop and fall asleep, instantly. I've seen him go on a feeding frenzy when I drop a bunch of crickets in his cage. He will run around and stuff as many into his mouth as possible, and then just close his eyes and go to sleep with them hanging out of his mouth. You have to rap on the glass to wake him up and remind him to swallow..lol.
My fiance decided to give him a bath a few months back and he spazzed out in the water, splashing and thrashing and then just.....went still and floated. I said, "John, oh my God, we killed it!". So John poked him gently and he woke up and went back to spazzing...lmao.
I will definitely try to get some home video of Narc doing his thing. It's bizarrely hilarious.

I will get some. The flying snake is an a$$hole though...he strikes at everything and anything and sticks his hemipenes out all the time. Trying to be tough...hahahha...he's tiny. The coachwhip, Devo, is quite friendly though. I will be away this weekend, but will get some pics when I get home.

Well I made some changes today and traded in my albino python and blood python for store credit and a few extra snakes to give me the following line-up now:
1 - corn snake (juvenile)
1 - red tail boa (juvenile)
1 - Kenyan sand boa (juvenile)
1 - Pueblan milk snake (juvenile)
1 - ball python (juvenile)
1 - ball python
3 - red belly piranhas
1 - Chinese water dragon

wheres the carpets mate ???
imo you should use that store credit to grab a nice carpet python.
i am a tad biased though as its only carpets i keep.
all the best with whatever you get next
cheers shaun
