My male will eat the worms right from my fingers, he is not shy at all

The female is super shy, she won't eat unless she digs them out of the substrate. She will leave worms in the dish alone.

What sucks is I changed server companies and lost some files. I had a care sheet up and published for over a year then poof.... I need to write it again.
