Moderator post approval?

I agree too - I am new to the forum and I had to wait awhile to post, but I think it's a good idea to see who is serious and who isn't. I didn't mind waiting, although I had plenty of questions that needed answering. Imagine all the rubbish posts we would have to sift through if Jason didn't catch them first.
