Yea they are awsome..Didn't account for 1 very small hole behind the center board..where the doors close too. So I put my baby red tail in the bottom and my little kingsnake in the top..The next morning they both running around in the bottom LOL..Fixed it tho. And just wait until I get done with my caiman tank..Going to be aroun 6'x2'x2'..maybe bigger gotta love it.
Yea the boa is WAY bigger than the king snake. So it could have been the other way around LoL. It was funny tho, because the kingsnake came out from behind the newspaper. I was like wtf... He just had that look like.
"You cant control me".
Great looking cage! One thing that I would like to draw attention to is the vents that you used. Are they metal at all? If they are, I would highly suggest trying to swap them for some plastic ones or even making your own. Reason being - the snakes could cut themselves on the edges of either the vent holes or the vent itself.
The vents are metal on the outside, but the inside are covered in PLASTIC screen so they cant hurt them selves on them. Thats also good because the little guys cant get out.
yea that sounds like a great idea, kind of like when my last Red tail boa baby got out and searched the house checking it out having fun. Jumped into the dryer and now he is dead....... So if ya want to go around searching for snakes have fun lol.
