SOme species might be but most i see for sale in winnipeg aroun around 100. And pet shops ehre are really limited as far as reptiles go.

Chameleons I think would be anouther good project. I am breeding panthers from madagascar. They dont seem to last more then a week when we rarely get them in pet shops. I will not be selling to pet shops of course.
But ya the uroplatus are going to become popular in the future for sure. I dont think it has been untill recently that people have started to find out that their captive requirments are not that difficult to achieve.
I am planning on hopefully getting a pair of sicorae and satanic asap.

good luck in your search.

if you don't mind the dragon's, frilled dragons are really neat....imo they have more of a personality than beardies (not quite as much as leo's or crestie's tho)......captive bred frilled's are still a little hard to find but they are out there somewhere....i got one from a friend of mine and at the time i got him i had 16 leo's, 1 beardie, and 1 mali, and he is still the most fun to have out of his cage......however, if they do bite you i heard it is worse than a beardie bite.....but they are great little guys! just my two cents!

If you do collareds focus on C. auriceps as well as C. collaris collaris. If you can find them C. dickersonae are awesome as well.
