this just in, MAN LANDS ON TEH MOON.

those pics are old as dirt, the first tswo are more then likely a wild pig, the last is more then likely some guy who got all oiled up and slid half way into a snake cut open. Check out snopes.com for more details.

I dont think the first to pics are a human..if you look at the size of the actually person compared to the size of the bulge in the snake..there no where near the same...it looks like it swallod something with a very big belly..not long and skinny like a person...

You could start here: Urban Legends Reference Pages
That link goes directly to an explanation and history of the pictures in question.

I agree with everything except one thing: There's no way of telling for sure that the last pic is of a mainland retic. The pic shows too obscure to make anything of it. Could be thai, could be Ambon, Sula...

No the last pic isn't a sula, and you can tell, but the first two are, so then you can see they are fake.

I believe I've seen other pics from the third one and it's pattern is of the norm, and also, you can tell by the sides, it's not the same snake.

Simple explanation, Retics are not found in any of the americas, the posts I have seen of this snake says its an anaconda and it was in South America. This is not possible because for one, it is clearly not an anaconda, for two they said it happened in south america and it doesn't look like the same snake in all three pictures. Never mind fighting about the locals there is much more obvious reasons as to why it is fake.

even if it was real it looks as if the guy was eaten fet first and im sure all of us know that, that would be an extremely difficult task for any snake as it would need to get both feet and chances are the snake would only get one in its mouth.
AND the pic where the snake is tied up that is clearly no human
