As big of a fan as I am, I still cannot listen to the Dangerous album (blech). The only "good" (if you can call them that) songs on there are Heal the World, Keep the Faith, and Black or White ... I was definitly disappointed in it on the whole ... (w00t MJ)

Woah, thats a tuff choice! I`d have to go with MJ (even though my cats name IS Prince) I am the biggest MIcheal Jackson fan - but I also hope he goes away for a very very very long time.. I guess I just love the moves. I am a big dancer and love micheal for the dancing - minus the crouch grabbing lol
They are both awesome tho
Mjs best album by far is 'off the wall'

Prince by far.....Although, I wouldn't be caught dead listening to either. :P
Prince actually is a "true" musical talent. Phenomenal Bassist and Guitarist. He writes the majority if not all of his material, and always has a big hand in the recording and production of it.
Micheal Jackson is pretty much and always has been just a persona. He's just the marketable dancin' voice. An insanely rich whackjob of a studio creation.
Just my thoughts....
Colin

I don't understand the comparison either. Prince is weird but he is hardly a "freak". If you didn't know him and saw him in a mall, you probably wouldn't look twice. And he did have reasons for changing his name to a symbol then back again (still weird, but not freaky). MJ on the other hand, well I think he was doomed just by being born into that family.
Michael Jackson has such little replay value. His music is superficial and after listening to an album I don't usually feel like playing it over again for a few months (with the exception of the song Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' which is f***ing awesome.) Prince on the other hand has lots of great replay stuff.
I would love to meet Prince. Apparently you can spot him occasionally at the Bayview Loblaws while his assitant shops inside for him.

prince by far is the better of the 2.
i wouldnt call him a freak different maybe but no freak.
prince imo is way more talented than jackson, purple rain was an amazing movie i still watch it from time to time.
look at all the songs that other artists have had hits with that prince wrote.

Michael is quite the success story though.... I mean who else has gone from being a poor black boy to being a rich white woman?

Prince absolutely rocks as far as I'm concerned. MJs just too darn creepy for me, although I still love 'Man in the Mirror', as far as Prince is concerned I think I love all his songs. '1999' all time fav. my 2 cents-Allison

I personally like MJ better.. Prince is really wied I think.. And I mainly came up with that conclusion after I watched An Evening With Kevin Smith and he had I really wierd story about prince.. And every time someone mentions that name I think of the Chapelle show.. Thats just mt opinion..

ANYONE:
I think there will be a 1 - 2 hour interview with Micheal Jackson this thursday Feb 17, 2005, not sure on time but think 7 or 8 pm central. This is a new interview not his old "Wacko Jacko" interview
