I miss my sword.. an ex gave it to me and when we parted ways, i gave it to my sister.. it was a $25 decorative sword, but it certainly did get interesting looks when i was out trimming the shrubbery with it (i was really young then).. I used to also collect knives and daggers and such things.. most have been misplaced over the years, but i've still got a few interesting pieces. i've got a neat dagger with a double-edged serpentine blade. its pretty cool. You would also be surprised at how many people have never seen a mace before.
**EDIT: I am not admitting nor conding the ownership of prohibited weapons**
Anyways, I don't mean to hijack the post.. they are nice swords.. enjoy them.

I have this really old dagger and you guys seem to know alot about this sorta thing maybe you could tell me a bit about it.
All I know is it's really old, it has a bone handle. The sheath is wood with a thin layer of brass (i think) over it. One side of the blade has a design on it, and the other has some sort of writing on it. Any info you might have would be awesome.
Here's some pics of it.

They are replicas and for display only, I got my husband a nice set also for x-mas a couple years ago for $30.00. They are lovely for display and a must for most Martial Arts enthusiats.

They may be for display only, but I bet they could still cut a head off

Yea they are really dull, except for the little one. I bet that could do some damage. But these aren't going anywhere, thats FORSURE! lol

I would beg to differ mine is only a replica.. But its really sharp, you would be suprised with the stuff I have cut up with it..
