hehe, indeed
Funny story about the indigo thing. The only other time we decided to part with one, to help us get those 3 from Mark, one got out and I ripped the room apart to find it.
Well, when Katt wrangled her way into getting one of the snakes I was determined to keep, things would get even weirder.
We got back home, told her to come over and pick which female she wanted. I went in to check on them, and saw the rubbermaid was pushed in all the way, and one was out.
Ripped the room apart and told Katt to go back home, we'd call her when we found the one female. Looked everywhere, then I noticed that my duct tape over the heat vent had become loose, and the snake could have gotten down there.
We also keep a dresser in that snake room (you know you are a herper when...) and after looking through all the drawers and everything else, I held my hands on my head and thought "If I was an indigo, where would I be"
Sock drawer. I knew Sheila had taken it out to look behind it, my only hope was it was burried in their.
So, I said to myself, as I held my head "If there is a higher being, please show yourself now", reached into the sock drawer and pulled out the indigo.
That is the absolute truth. Katt came over, and decided to pick the other one. I think both Katt and Vanan would have liked "godess", but I thank Katt for letting me keep that one.
I will never trade or sell another indigo again, the indigo gods have spoken, and I hear them.
