If you were REALLY bothered by this, what you should do is sell all of your reptiles and send that money to a charity that deals with feeding third world countries. Then calculate what you would have spent annually on your collection (not just food, but caging, electricity etc) and send that amount off to the same charity on an annual basis.

Not bagging you out, just offering a suggestion since you seemed concerned that people were wasting valuable resources on their reptile collections while there are other people starving elsewhere in the world.

Just think how many we could feed mouse burgers to. And the meal worms and roaches are high in protien.
And what about the chicken peeps? If we let them grow up we could have one hell of a BBQ. HAHAHAHAHA
