Definitely Patrick from Sponge Bob Square Pants. He cracks me up. Otherwise it's Bugs Bunny. It took me until adulthood to realise it but Bugs is freakin' funny.

I liked Storm form the toon x-men, piglet, roo, and of course winnie. I also like that stupid little mutt from the bugs show that fallowed spike ( the bull dog) around bouncing around and never shutting up!

<---- GIR from Invader Zim.. that is THE best cartoon ever.. it even beats the toons from the 80's and 90's that we grew up with.
I also agree with mike on Duckman.. i recently downloaded like a dozen episodes of that show. it's awesome.

kids cartoons -
all the ninja turtles, pepe le pue, Jem, Captain planet, of course, and all his pollution fighting friends, Inspector Gaget (hated Penny), etc., etc.....
adult cartoons-
I love everything about Family guy(Stewie), South Park(everyone), Futurama(bender).....hmmmm.......and obviously the simpsons.......I can't really single out a favourite apart from the obvious (Homer)
YEAH CARTOONS! I watch way to much tv!
