My Columbian BCI. Slow, Gentle, and unlike the rest of my collection, has never showed me any sign of aggression.

Definately 'Nemo' the guy in my avitar - he was my compensation for having to give up our boas and carpet pythons to accomodate a move to Saskatchewan where they are restricted. While there are many guys in our collection I value, he represents three boas and a very special Irian Jaya that I still miss a lot.
And did I mention that I think he is gorgeous - I wanted one like him from the first time I saw a picture of one!

This is sooo hard. Especialy if we really imagine we'd need to do that.
I think my answer would change depending on when you're asking the question
At the moment, I'd say...
**about 5 minutes passed from typing "..." to the actual moment I really typed in the answer **
Our male Vietname Cave gecko..
Ouf.. really hard to imagine all the other ones would vanish in an instant

Yup I'm with Choke on this one I'm picking my first crested gecko. I actually bought 2 at the same time, but the male is nicer no running away, no peeing on me when done being held etc . . . So it's Cresty for sure. Plus he's always just been my fav and introduced me to my current fav species!!

Although Tony mentioned Emeralds...nobody has piked them yet, and thats a crying shame, so without a doubt, and no tossing and turning over it, My Male Emerald Loki!

Would have to be my first snake, normal BCI, I'd never trade or sell her!

No brainer... it would be Anubis, the first BCI we ever purchased. He's the sweetest snake in the world, the most beautiful lightly colored one I've ever seen, and he's just been my baby since day 1.

It's hard to imagine losing them all, but I would have to say my first choice would be my spotted, since she was the first on I ever brought home. I absolutely love her and wouldn't trade her for anything (and lately I have had a few offers lol)!
