Lolol now to see if this little one will musk like a baird's ;-)

Very nice looking baby. Kinda has a milksnake look into it, odd.

Sweeeeeeeeet!!!! That's awesome guys! Glad you decided not to sell them, I think it would be a bad idea. So do you know if that's ever been done before?

Crazy! He's a sweet looking little bugger!

Country:
Corndi, born, barndi (baird's x corn) have been done in the States to the F2 generation. As far as Canadian Corndi, I believe these are the first, but I won't toot my own horn, unless someone can verify other corndi in Canada. I'd be really interested in seeing them!!

Anyways, I'm really glad to see everyone is being civil. I sort of expect a nasty PM telling me how evil I am to cross a beautiful species like bairdi with the "common" corn. If it makes anyone feel better, Candi will be breeding a pure bairdi next year. Bairdi are one of my fave N.A. species, so of course I have to have some pure babies!!

Two more li'l babies have hatched out and they aren't as nice as the first guy. Different head markings and different sized bands on the body. Plus they are both darker. During the night, the first guy has lightened up and some pinks are showing through. It'll be VERY interesting to see how these guys develop.

Hopefully they all eat like pigs. We will be sure to keep everyone updated on how these guys do.

Those are so cool!

I'm glad you're not selling them too because now I can breed them myself and make all the money!

Yeah, and I'm gonna sell them as "corn snakes" to little kids and tell the kids that they MUST be kept in pairs or else they will get lonely and die. Yeah, that's what I'm gonna do. lol!
