So far, there are six heads, and two more left to go. I though I had seven eggs, but obviously university education does not teach you how to count, so in actuality I have eight!!!
Three are fully out and I hope to photograph them when Vanan is finished with the camera.
They are quite dark with the faintest bit of white pattern on the back and some speckles on the belly. They look fully blue and I hear that a lot of the pattern is shed off after the first shed. Both mom and dad are very black so I suppose that the babies will grow to be as black as them.
I hope to keep a pair. Mr. Cranwill will be getting a female, and I hope to send one to BC for a friend. I hope I can find them all nice homes with people who like mex blks as I do.
