Nope, I won't be getting a tiger on the other foot ... it's already covered by an assassin bug!

I WILL however be getting a suntiger tarantula at some point!

No pain no gain LOL I think that most of the swelling is due to the fact that its your foot & that you spent lots of time on your feet since its been done. Try to keep barefoot & if you keep it elevated will help also. Remember that the more you walk around etc. the more your foot will probably swell. If it makes ya feel any better I just got "drilled on" for 3.5 hours yesterday on my shin/ankle area & was limping pretty good last night. Today its great though, no swelling or nothing. Mind you I kept off it as much as possible & kept it elevated most of the evening. I wouldn't worry about the swelling unless it looks like an secondary infection is setting in & then I would consider a doctor as infections that end up being blood oriented travel through the body fast! I think that most of it is probably due to the sensitive area & the fact that you spent a lot of time on your feet instead of resting after. Slow down girl & relax, let that sucker heal, LOL. Good Luck Mark

Ouch! That must have hurt like a son of a b**ch, especially closer to the bottom of the foot. I would have been pretty gimped after that too, awesome tat though. The worst experience for me was when I got a tattoo all the way around my navel...the nerve clusters there are PLENTY *LOL* I sure took standing up and sitting down for granted until I had that done...it took forever to heal too. I would imagine that yours would take quite a while as well to heal as it's in a high friction zone. When I had my ankle done (all the way around), it swelled pretty good, I just avoided socks, wore lose comfy sneakers, and kept it elevated as much as I could.

Incredible tat, Suntiger. Man, I thought the ones on my chest were utter torture, I would never be brave enough to get my foot tattooed... ugh... I bow to your bravery. Hope the swelling goes down soon.

Wow those are some sweet tatts you have.... I never had that problem with mine but I guess everyone has different reactions...right? When I was getting the one on the top of my foot I felt it in my knee and a couple of other places due to the nerves in my foot... did you experience that at all? Anyway just wanted to say that love your tatts for sure they are wicked!!! and thought well we are on the subject I would share mine....
Cheers!!!!

Very nice! I didn't feel anything in my knee though, at least not with the sun ... can't remember if I felt it there when I got the assassin bug done...All I can say is that the side of the foot kills wayyyyy worse than the top!!! But it's all worth it in the end
