Here in the Sunny South Okanagan the snow is actually not melting today! I think it must be at least -1. BRR!
Nah, I feel sorry for all you guys. I don't think I could survive such cold weather! But I still hate winter, and can't wait for spring herping!

Was warm enough to start the truck this morning (no block heater so it's cranky at -3). the van is fuel injected and doesn't have as much issue with the cold.

GAH! I had to take the bus in this sh*t this morning, face almost fell off! Man, I'm so ticked off with this weather right now... Invictus and I had to sell our Nickleback tickets because we didn't feel that the concert was worth being out in -45 weather while walking over to the Saddledome from the C-Train station plus the 1/2 hour wait just to get in the door. Bah!

Bundle up, its gonna be a LOOOONNNGGG winter! Winter(and the snow) started so late last year, and it seems to have again this year. It seems around this time last year we had a coldspurt aswell? Does anyone in alberta remember(im not sure wether it was cross country or whatever)? Yah, all you guys down in the US, so lucky, you have houses compared to us and our igloos! LOL. Just kiddin, well i assume you all knew that. What sucks is we get cold weather(the extreme) then we get a d*mn drought. Well practically. It seems to be getting less dry in the summers but i mean seriously. I remember many years ago when the field at our acreage had 5 feet of grasses and alfalfa and stuff but last year, barely two feet.
