If the deformed baby makes it, are you going to sell him/her? keep him, give him away???? They are all beautiful snakes!

Well right now the deformed baby (Leroy) is going through his first shed with a few of his littermates and then the next big step is eating. If he starts to eat then he should make it and live a full healthy life with us as everyone here can't get enough of him. He will be given the best of everything to help him live the most enjoyable life as possible. We have taken a few animals that have "handicaps" on as pets and we have plenty of room so we have our fingers crossed that he/she eats.

JAMIE:
Congrats on the litter.
Do not sell the slug........lol, but study it or donate it to zoo research or a vet if they want it.
And Leroy, too bad but I hope your not thinking of selling him, we must all keep good genetics in the market and deformities like that or worse should never be sold or passed into the market, just my opinion.
Good luck and congrats again.
Cya...

Tony,
I would never think of selling Leroy and I totally agree that the market should stay as pure as possible. Givin his deformity and needs I would only trust him with me, I have a bunch of rescued and mistreated herps that are pets and would never be bred for the fact that it would be too hard on them and they can enjoy life as a pet and not a project.

Holy crap is that a lot of boas! :jawdrop: That deformity is rather unsual..I have never seen anything like that before. They're beautiful babies, congratulations! Send the slug over to me, I'll outbid all these suckers.
