Thanks again everyone!  I'm using a combination of Visions, Neodeshas, and custom made melamine enclosures. Even the melamine units have removable plastic inserts, makes for easy cleaning and really saves the melamine.

Sometimes I spend all day cleaning... wouldn't have it any other way
