Hey Coy,
My gopher also had the same problem and now when I see him go from blue to clear, I treat him to a bath, in the big tub. Just put about an inch of water in the bathtub and let him swim around. Mine loves it and I haven't had a problem since. You can also use expandable forest bark (cocunut fibre). Soak until it expands, squeeze out most of the water and put about two inches worth covering the bottom of the tank. You will get a humidity increase and it will be constant on both the hot and cold side.

Good luck

Jim

I actually feel so ashamed about the way serpent king treatwed you. He must be a professor in english Lit' & Language to be so perfect himself...NOT!!

My Bull's (Snake) eyes went cloudy on the 14th. I upped the humidity a little to help her shed. I was told that she hadn't shed since Christmas. As I have only had her a month, I haven't seen her shed before. She is still hiding & as of yet, no sign of any skin comming away. She is usually out most of the time, but she isn't interested at the moment & is refusing food which I understand is normal.

I actually managed to get hold of a book yesterday that had "A WHOLE PAGE" of information on Bull Snakes. The most I've ever seen written about Bull snakes. Does anyone else know of a Bull snake spacific I could get hold of? I can find books on EVERY other kind of snake, but NOT the one I need.

Her eyes went back to normal this morning. 20th July. I just can't wait until she starts to properly shed. Inspected her earlier & there is some signs loose skin... I think she's shedding in reverse because the skin is loose around her Cloaca....Lol.
