Grant if its fully submergable, i think that water line is the minimum water line, meaning it has to be at least that deep... I beleive tronics are all fully submergable... Go for it!

Grant, ******** is right (yikes). That line probably means that the water should be at LEAST up to that line. Its a minimum water line, not a maximum water line.

Unless you have some weird submersible fish heater. They put those lines on their to get CSA approved (or so I was told).
