Far, far better than the old one! If you are going to tweak anything, maybe the colour of the word "ssnakess". Make it the same emerald green as the snake itself, so the word stands out a bit more.

And Jeff... can you get rid of that awful Clarendon Bold font you are using for the line "home, forums, gallery etc...". Maybe a nice happy Helvetica or something?

Good job Youkai but i think not as good as the old logo. Agreed with Greg West for the size. It looks too large.

Well done..
...If I may make a suggestion...I would have the snake on the right hand side looking at the wording rather than facing off at nothing, then Condence the font a little allowing for a larger x height, and please, please, lets have referance to the fact that it is a Canadian Site.
Other than that I am not sure what the background is but is looks ok however, I would not use it on the shirts

Great ideas Brian  Looking down at the lettering!! Loving it!!! Ill get to tweaking it up As for the canadian thing, the site is actually international... Although we are mostly canadian and support the canadian hobby, we have alot of international members and we welcome as many new international members as we can get aswell

I know what you mean about the international arena, but the site was developed and founded in Canada and I am proud of that.

Id maybe try the wording in the same blue as what is on its back. And deffinately ditch the brown smudge thing in the back ground every thing else looks so clean I think it throws it off.

Yup I definitely agree the lettering should be a brighter green. I've always like the caps effect of sSnakeSs, so maybe keep that going as well.

Yes I like! The only think that bothers be about the text is the brown streaky stuff. That will get really muddled looking on a Teeshirt.
