Hard to trust a vet you don't know, but my vet likened it to using an inhaler with bleach. So, get your snake healthy the right way.
Pretty sure we had this conversation maybe half a year ago...

Sure, and your right it's definitely more of a nebulizer, but in combination with fixing caging problems, it works really well for RI problems. It's not something I would recommend for severe respiratory infection, but it works well in minor cases. I actually learned it from an old SnakeBytesTV video, from when I use to watch Brian Barczyk. I'll link the video,

I have had the F10 for almost a year now, bought it awhile after I watched the video. Figured it would be good to have, should anything happen.

DJC, no offense man, but that is anecdotal evidence. Unless there are peer reviewed studies, I would not use a cleaning solution for inhalational treatment for anything. I am willing to change my views if there is credible data to support F10 as a "treatment".

Cultures of respiratory secretions are necessary to ensure proper treatment.

Re: slippery water

No, I agree, no offense taken. It won't harm the snake and if necessary, I will take the sick snake to a vet.

Viperkeeper is awesome by the way, great reptile keeper. By the way the bottle on amazon is tiny, I will send a picture if anyone likes. You can dilute it, but it's still not worth $20 to me.
A liter of F10 costs 14.99, if you want a liter in a spray bottle then it's 17.99

It's not that expensive..

But I'm sure you bought F10SC, which is not the same thing. SC you have to dilute in water... and a 200ml flask is good for making 100 liters of disinfectant and costs only 24.99 ($0.25/liter!)

Not really expensive I would say.

Really? I knew I had to dilute the F10SC but I didn't realize how many different types there are.

Re: slippery water

I did some research into the F10 product line. They actually have a lot. Ranging from high concentrated to sprays all the way into salves and would debridement.
