Re: $20,000 snake!

There's precisely two morphs I would happily have-indeed might actually get one of them. I think I've posted them before.

A granite axanthic carpet and an axanthic black headed. Around $5k and $4k respectively.

Not balls I appreciate but both utterly stunning.

I have to agree with the axantic carpet morphs. I like the axantic jags personally, but that granite is pretty awesome!

The only animal I coud see myself paying that much for is a curl crested aracari. Not a reptile at all, but still, the only thing I'd lay that kind of cash down for!

Re: $20,000 snake!

I remember when I first laid eyes on a "normal" piebald ball python, back when the one I saw was roughly $25,000...I about choked...now they are MUCH more reasonable, and I still want to add one to my collection but think I will wait until I have more room to do so...those panda pieds are gorgeous though

Re: $20,000 snake!

When I bought my banana bp in May of this year I paid £150 which in todays exchange rate is approx $186 and someone said to me if I had bought him about 3 years ago I would have had to pay around £3 -5k

Ah, remember the days when super pastels were even MORE than that?! Things have certainly changed.

Re: $20,000 snake!

Hmmmm, I love the look of the black and white one. But no, if I had that much to spend on an animal, would not be a reptile. Ooooh what I could do with that much money haha.
