Re: 1st Ever Outside Pics!
No. He will be about 2 feet I believe. I have heard some getting up to 3 feet but not sure about that.
Saw your comment after posting Danny lol
Thank you. Treasure is pretty awesome for sure. Can't wait to see the hog island all grown!

Re: 1st Ever Outside Pics!
Hmmm....he starts out in a defensive strike pose, but then nothing happens when I pick him up. He relaxes almost instantly and is what I'd say is medium activity and calms down even more to just hang out in my hand. I got him from the shop because he was known for launching his tiny self at people's faces. He bit me at the store, but since I got him home he's been super easy. Bot really sure what got into him yesterday, but it's hardly a turn off lol.
Also, he's never turned down a meal and sheds super easy!

Re: 1st Ever Outside Pics!
Thanks for the info There is a show in sept that I'd like to pick up a second snake at. I'm just not sure what yet. I don't want anything really big and well his looks caught my eye.

Re: 1st Ever Outside Pics!
Yeah I need to sort of narrow it down so I'm not going in there blindly. I want to have something set up before hand. And I have a 20 gallon long stand just sitting in my closet doing nothing.

Re: 1st Ever Outside Pics!
Well, as the master of 'impulse' buying, it's not the worst thing ever to not have a clue and go with your gut in the moment. Just have a tub picked out with the right sized UTH and then pick up needed supplies while at the show. =)
Pretty much all of my newbies start out in tubs with the exceptionof my boa who I got online and didn't realize just how big he was, and the new gopher snake, for same reason. Luckily I just have ao much stuff collected, it didn't matter much and both got pretty nice set ups in less than 15 mins lol.
