I agree to an extent. But although we know many dinosaurs were closer related to birds, many were in fact reptiles. Alligators and crocodiles were and still are dinosaurs. They just never went to away.

I would love to do school stuff sometime. I used to bring my birds to school all the time and do presentations on them when I was little. Or my mom would bring them after school and all the kids would ask questions. We did it again after my niece started school. It's a lot of fun.

I should have been more specfic and said modern reptiles. Although crocodilians are archosaurs they are not part of dinosauria are therefore not dinosaurs. It is semantics but in an education sense these differences are important.

How about Scales and Tales. That way you can share information about snakes and lizards and include some of the tall tales that people tell about snakes that aren't true. (i.e. snakes sting you with their tongues, or they grab their tail in their mouths and roll after you like a hoop) Anyway, good luck with your venture it is an investment in our youth and our hobby.
