last year we had a little for 2 weeks, year before that temps didn't even get below 0c...

I feel the same way. Last year it was super cold but too dry for precipitation.

Should move someplace further north, it's 3°C currently and im driving with the heater off and driver side window open.. im getting 'looks'.. Genuinely glad summer is over! And it's always humid here ,.. being below sea level and all.
