Yes. They're generally very aggressive and very fast.

I wouldn't use the word aggressive. More highly defensive of everything.

You're right, actually I usually correct when someone says a snake is aggressive, I guess I just used that word since it was already in my head from reading it lol

When I saw one at an expo, he was a lot calmer inside the tub than a lot of the more popular species there. The second it was opened up he was ready to dart out and was staring the vendor down. Very defensive. I hear sometimes they're better once you get them out, but I have no personal experience so I don't know how true that is.
