I agree with all of the Craigslist checkers. I just sold my 150 show tank with everything that was less than 2 years old. I priced it above what I was seeing on other comparable ads and didn't get a call for a month. I lowered it around the others price and it sold the same week.

And to a previous poster: No, it doesn't hold water, as it's a terrarium. Although, I imagine that would certainly add value.
