From all the info I've seen and from people I know who have been bitten, a bite is most likely not a huge health issue. But it's gonna suck. Swelling, headache, cramps, mild fever, etc. Just because you don't die, doesn't mean it won't be pleasant. And there's is always the unlikely chance that your odd has a bad reaction. Just like any venomous animal, you never know if your the unlucky SOB that's gonna have an allergic reaction. Just know the risks and prepare accordingly.

Are these guys captive bred at all? If so with what difficulty is it done?

FWC are normally captive bed. At least the ones I have gotten. How hard is it to do, I don't know.
