But yes, temperament. Mine is also amazingly chill. A little zoomy, but I find that entertaining. Got over the flighty baby kignsnake thing pretty quickly, too (although still obviously a baby and has his moments).

When I bought him I was warned that he was particularly feisty and bitey, but either the pet store employees were mistaken or a better enclosure cured that. Never even offered to bite, and only musked a handful of times when I first got him.

Have you considered a well started Thayeri king? They are pretty laid back.

Too many good choices. I still need to decide if I'm gonna want a pet snake when I'm 70...haha.
