Re: Can Snakes Swim In Saltwater Pools?

How long has your cousin been doing this? We have to wonder as well, do his snake do well, does he take fairly good care of them? [i.e. do any of them die frequently?]

Sorry for the bashing, but every so often, a question like this comes down the pike, and we are all really scratching our heads about what put that idea in the OP's head.

Re: Can Snakes Swim In Saltwater Pools?

Let's keep in mind that at least the question was asked first to make sure it was OK. Although those of us with experience might find this question ridiculous, at least the Op had the foresight to ask before just assuming it was OK and doing it anyways.

Don't feel stupid. You came here to learn because you didn't know. That's a good thing. But I would say sometimes it's appropriate to treat these questions as such in order to get the point across. Nothing personal.

Yeah i understand, i just thought i would check, and im gonna go call my cousin and tell him he needs to stop. All i know is that he has a boa of some sort and shes been alive for at least a year, and i am not sure how long he has been doing it.
