Re: My season thus far

This pair just will not stop breeding. They've been at it for several days now. The picture is through the glass.....didn't want to disturb them.

Re: My season thus far

They're at 86-90 during the daytime.....low80's high 70's at night. We're already having days in the high 80s down here.

This picture was taken 2 days before she ovulated....which was yesterday.

Light cycle here now.....about a full 12 hours. Will reach 14 during mid summer.

Cheers brotha,
D

Re: My season thus far

Thank you!!! We have one more week of cold here then it should break and get this icy crap out of here. I am still having trouble getting my jag to do the deed. I won't be upset if he doesn't this season but he better next year if he doesn't I think I may turn my room ambient temp down a couple degrees to see if the enclosure will cool at bit faster at night.

Re: My season thus far

I let my animals get into the low 60s high 50s during the winter....but, it's not but a couple weeks total and, they always have a basking area during the day to warm up if needed.

Wonder why you male Jag is passive? I haven't ever really had an issue with male carpets but, then again......I've only produced a few Jag clutches. The mutations can be a little more sensitive to issues like these.

Good luck,

D
